clause 4 of Occupational health and safety Management is new addition to intended for risk based thinking. in this clause , Approach given to identify strategic risk and eliminate the risk by considering in Planning. This clause ensure the OH& S management system alligned with real world environmemt of organization.

Specific Requirement interpretation:– This clause require that all the internal and external factor which affect the intended outcome of OH& S management System shall be identify and consider in strategic plan. this clause is foundation clause consist with four sub clauses.
